The Last King 2016

In the year 1206 Norway is seethed by common war. The King's illegitimate newborn child, Håkon Håkonsson, which a large portion of the kingdom needs murdered off, is watched in mystery by two men. A story which changed the course of the nation's history.

In light of genuine occasions, THE LAST KING is set in common war-desolated Norway. Supported by renegade gathering the Birch Legs, the Norwegian King battles for survival against the Church's Bishopsmen, who look to supplant the throne. On his deathbed in the wake of falling sick, the King soon respects a child, conceived in mystery, as a large portion of the Kingdom needs him dead. Tasked with guarding the main remaining beneficiary to the throne, two Birch Legs warriors, Skjervald and Torstein, escape with the baby and should navigate deceptive scenes to secure their future King.
